Time’s Awasting
A long visit with my favorite uncle (Uncle Lester, 96) brought home two things: how time passes increasingly faster as we age; and how, ultimately, we’re alone.
In each picture, time is passing. Life is moving too fast! We are looking through a machine to catch it and hold it. Even the machine moves with the breath of the person holding it.
We are desperate to value each moment by paying close attention. But it cannot be frozen.
